Refund policy

All sales are final. We accept exchanges for products damaged in transit or if incorrect item item was shipped.

Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must have been received via shipping in poor condition, meaning it looks worn and/or used. You will need the original tags and packaging, and the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you must contact us at ambitiousstoryteller@gmail.com within the first 14 days of package arrival. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly, and make sure your replacement item is sent.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once the item(s) is/are confirmed, we will send tracking confirmation of the exchanged item. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

If the replacement item is no longer available, we will issue a refund for the full purchase price.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
